SAGESA was founded in 1985 with a clear mission: to offer property owners on the Costa del Sol a management service that allows them to live or invest with complete peace of mind. What began as a property administration firm has become the region's multi-service reference.
With more than 40 years of experience, we have built a model unique in Spain: an ISO 9001:2015 certified company capable of comprehensively managing an entire residential development, from community accounting to lawn-cutting and pool cleaning, with our own staff, fully digitalized processes and an active commitment to sustainability.
Our offices are in Marbella, Benahavís and Mijas Costa, with more than 450 employees and more than 200 active communities. We work with private owners, homeowners' associations, luxury hotels and major national and international developers.
